Our Online Bill Pay system will allow you to pay your Great Lakes Dermatology bill using your debit or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express) or your PayPal account.

Please use the form below to make a payment on your account.  Simply enter your full name, your account number, and the amount you would like to apply to your bill.

After filling out the form, click the button.  This will take you to the PayPal checkout system where you can enter the rest of your information.

Your account number appears on your statement as "Account No." or "Patient ID". If you are unsure of your account number or if you do not have your statement, please contact your local Great Lakes Dermatology office, or our billing department at (877) 423-5661.
