Elizabeth Bertrandt has been with Great Lakes Dermatology since September 2010. Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She developed her healthcare administration skills within local medical facilities, ranging from general family practice to specialties such as: physical therapy and dermatology. As Practice Manager, Elizabeth handles all provider credentialing and data management ,while assisting in the strategic planning of clinic operations. Elizabeth strives to ensure a positive environment among all Great Lakes Dermatology employees in order to deliver a memorable patient experience.
Jason Hecker started with Great Lakes Dermatology as our Data and Communications Administrator in May of 2012. He brings with him an affluence of knowledge in the IT arena that he gained while working as an IT Consultant for some of the largest names in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Jason’s responsibilities include ensuring a smooth running IT infrastructure that allows our staff to provide the best care possible to our patients. He oversees our entire system from the phones and computers, our printers and faxes, and everything in-between. He strives to maintain a strong working relationship with the entire management team and all of our IT vendors to safeguard and secure the future of Great Lakes Dermatology and our valued patients.
