As Office Manager, Elizabeth has been with Great Lakes Dermatology since September 2010. Her responsibilities include managing the call center and front desk associates. Elizabeth ensures that we deliver the best patient experience to you, whether scheduling an appointment, checking in at one of our clinics, or having your questions and concerns answered promptly. It is her upmost desire to make every patient’s experience with our practice enjoyable and memorable.

As Director of Human Resources, Monica brings ten years of experience in Human Resources including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employment management, HR policies and procedures, and employee relations. Monica’s main goal is to make Great Lakes Dermatology an outstanding place to work. She strives to deliver quality services in a dependable, courteous and timely manner. This is important as satisfied associates will consistently deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Heather began her career as our Clinical Nurse Manager in September of 2011. Heather received her BSN degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and then went on to work in local hospitals in medical/surgical and emergency departments. In addition to her medical experience, Heather also was active duty military in the United States Air Force. Heather’s approach to patient care is simple. Her goal is that each and every patient leaves our clinics having had the very best experience with our medical support staff.
